HEALTH ALERT

WASHINGTON- According to Corinne Ball, Change.org, Campbell's and othe manufacturers are using a chemical linked to health problems, including diabetes, cancer, cardiovascular disease, behavioral disorders, obesity, and infertility.

"Other major manufacturers have started using BPA-free can linings for particular products. Hain Celestial, H.J. Heinz, and ConAgra -- which owns brands such as Chef Boyardee, Hunt's, and Healthy Choice are committed to removing the BPA chemical from all packaging."

Campbell's soup cans are made with a chemical called bisphenol-A, or BPA -- and because the chemical is in the cans, it can easily leach into the soup. Perhaps most insidiously of all, studies show that children face the worst health risks associated with BPA -- no wonder 11 states have banned the use of BPA in children's products like baby bottles and sippy cups,” Ball said.

Brain Freeze

MICHIGAN- You could not help but pray that he would remember what he wanted to say. Recovering from this point in the process will be difficult. How do you recover when something escapes your mind?

Hopefully, it has not happened to you when you were campaigning for a job, or worst yet campaigning for the biggest job in the nation.

It will be remembered as the debate flub of all flubs. Let's us wish him well.

GOP Candidates Say No to European Bailouts

WASHINGTON- Italy is too big to bailout. The economy in Italy is rather solid. So restoring the confidence in Italy is key at this point. But the U.S. GOP Candidates say No.

The jury is still out on the GOP's means of actually dealing with the global financial and economic crisis.

Coach Paterno Firing Sparks Riots

WASHINGTON- University shame and the victims did not cross the minds of student as they rioted last night. Coach Paterno was fired along with the President of the University.

But it has changed nothing at the University. Many students still do not get it. They are still focused on the money gain from a football culture that included child abuse.

Hope filled children have been harmed for life. The huge importance of the victims and their lives is important. Money gained from football at the Penn State University does not matter. Money and its impact on the lives of students do not out-weigh harming innocent children and their lives. The fundamental arrogance of doing nothing as children were sodomized is disgusting. Why didn't someone help the children?

The state of affairs on the campus last night makes one question the type of humanity that is being developed there and at other dedicated football based institutions. Higher educational institutions, other legal governors and political persons have continued to make money, without high value systems that protect children.

Where is the U.S. Government on matters of fraud, intimidation of children and criminal activity at private institutions such as Penn State University? Late or silent.
