WASHINGTON- If you don't get it, you just won't get it. In this case, a lot of American leaders just don’t get it. It is not what we have; it is what we are together; Republicans, Democrats, Tea Party members, Occupy Wall Street people, etc.
As people in the United States of America persevere through worsening global economic conditions, the U.S. Congress is faced with the notion of increasing U.S. debt limits and spending more money again. The goal of the Obama administration is to give ordinary people a regular pay check each month.
All of the parties involved hate the thought of having to ask China for more cash. But few have come to the realization that more revenue has to be generated from all Americans, to get things going again in a healthy environment.
At this historic time in the history of American politics, bi-partisan agreement and share sacrifice is needed. The federal government cannot structurally maintain a financial system that has flat-lined. Losses in the U.S. housing market placed us all in a very precarious situation.
Property was overpriced and sold by Contractors from the beginning. Real estate appraisers went along with the deception all along the way. The bankers and financial institution administrators accepted the faulty appraisals, and raked in the money. Financiers went along to get along. Buyer ignorance, buyer blind-trust and a culture rooted in erroneous perceptions about people based on their property addresses developed. It got so bad that a couple walks into the White House during a State Dinner all based on the perception of being wealthy. If one does a little research, one will find that many bank clerks and bank managers never attended a day of college because they consistently presented themselves as well-dressed, clean cut people with excellent verbal skills. Being perceived as a pleasant, knowledgeable and wealthy American could get you beyond closed doors in America and hidden doors globally.
Now, fast forward to a time when a single device bridged gaps between the “Haves” and “have not” sectors of a global society. The Poor can see what they have been missing. Those people who have been controlled will begin to see their personal deliverance from tyranny, as the only rational option. The decent and wealthiest among us will be forced to acknowledge a commitment to help others. To get Americans back to work, commercial, residential and institutional real estate values have to stabilize based on reasonable values. Anticipated revenues from leased properties must be exposed to a different kind of scrutiny. The wealthiest among us will stop playing with real money, as though they are playing Monopoly. And all sectors of society will gain deliverance from being entangled in quagmires of monetary deceptions and smoky mirrors.
To get Americans back to work; troubled mortgages litter the books of financial organizations need to be forgiven or bought. American neighborhoods are filled with vacant property without clear owners. Much of occupied real estate is linked to great amounts of debt. Meanwhile, the falling property values are eroding the revenue once gained to pay governors, teachers, police officers and others. U.S. property sales have been the life-blood of American enterprise.Small business owners want to produce profits. Large corporations are organized to sustain economic growth. Together Americans can stabilize global structural elements, if we just get it. It is not what we have; it is what we are together.
