WASHINGTON

WASHINGTON, DC- It was a speech that he may have wanted to give when he first began his administration, when he was informed of how bad the financial and economic situation is for America. But he couldn't give this talk at that time because of the context; he had just began and the economic state of affairs had not ripened to the degree that it exist today. American and foreign banks had already started to default and the dollar of the United States of America  obligated him to do something to further extend the Bush bailouts.

Today the situation was different. If the United States of America does not do something about its debt, its obligations and its entitlements, and its monetarily form of exchange [the dollar] will be useless. The dollars status as the recognized form of international exchange is important.

America got its first in a series of adult lectures today, about growing up as a nation that honors its obligations and pay its bills; by beginning to spending what it generates as revenue. A deep sense of responsibility trumped President Barack Obama's partisanship and centrist proclivities. It is a deep sense of responsibility, which will likely guide the administrations policies, plans and agreements as America moves forward.

As the leader of the nation that governs the recognized form of foreign exchange, President Obama spoke sincerely and emphatically about Republicans and to Democrats about a vision to move forward. His plan to move forward will be revealed over time.

TheWhiteHouseSpin.Com will say more on this matter, as the days and weeks come to pass.
