WASHINGTON, DC- In the morning, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama will welcome President Hu Jintao of China to the White House in Washington, DC. The Vice President Biden and Dr. Biden will also attend. The official arrival ceremony will take place on the South Lawn.
Later in the day, President Obama will hold a bilateral meeting with President Hu in the White House Oval Office. Vice President Biden will attend.
President Obama will then hold an expanded bilateral meeting with President Hu and the Official U.S. and Official Chinese Delegations in the Cabinet Room.
In the afternoon, President Obama will host a meeting with President Hu and business leaders at the White House to discuss the economic relationship with China. President Obama plans to highlight increasing investment in the United States and the importance of increasing exports to China, a key part of our National Export Initiative, and of -- both critical to supporting millions of American jobs. President Obama will be joined by business leaders from the United States and fChinese firms that have made investments in the United States.
The list of American and Chinese business leaders expected to attend include: .U.S. Business Leaders Steve Ballmer, Microsoft; Lloyd Blankfein, Goldman Sachs; Greg Brown, Motorola; Aris Candris, Westinghouse Electric; John Chen, Sybase; Jeff Immelt, General Electric; Muhtar Kent, The Coca-Cola Company; Ellen Kullman, Dupont; Andrew Liveris, Dow; Jim McNerney, Boeing; Paul Otellini, Intel; David Rubenstein, Carlyle Group; John Thornton, HSBC; Greg Page, Cargill.
Chinese Business Leaders include: Liu Chuanzhi, Lenovo; Lou Jiwei, China Investment Corporation; Lu Guanqiu, Wanxiang Group; and Zhang Ruimin, Haier.
Other administration officials who will be in attendance at the meeting include Secretary Geithner, Secretary Locke, Chief of Staff Bill Daley, Ambassador Ron Kirk, National Security Advisor Tom Donilon, National Economic Council Director Gene Sperling, Deputy National Security Advisor for International Economic Affairs Mike Froman, and Senior Advisor Valerie Jarrett.
In the afternoon, President Obama will hold a joint press conference with President Hu in the White House East Room.
In the evening, President Obama and Mrs. Obama will welcome President Hu at the White House North Portico. President Obama and Mrs. Obama will then take the official photo with President Hu on the White House Grand Staircase.
Later, President Obama and Mrs. Obama will host a State Dinner in honor of President Hu. Vice President Biden and Dr. Biden will also attend. President and President Hu will each give a toast.
Following the dinner, President Obama and Mrs Obama will attend the State Dinner Reception with President Hu in the White House East Room.

_________________________________________________________________________WASHINGTON, DC- Today the president of Americas foreign banker, China, dines privately with U.S. President Barack Obama.
As the economic growth of the United States of America continues to defy foreign expectations of China, France and communist inspired nation-states, President Barack Obama signed an Executive Order to reduce burdens on small businesses where possible. President Obama’s Executive Order comes at the time that the red carpet is being rolled out to China, America’s debt provider.
China produces American inventions without paying for the intellectual property. China ignores the human rights of its citizens. China supports the military of American antagonist such as North Korea, China works to diminish the supremacy of U.S. currency by keeping the value of its currency synthetically low. But the U.S Congress and the Obama administration is not asleep.
President Obama’s Executive Order outlines his regulatory strategy to sustain job creation and economic growth in the United States of America, while protecting the health, safety, and rights of all Americans. According to the White House, President Obama’s strategy builds on best practices of the past and establishes a wise path for the future.
As part of the immediate implementation of President Obama’s strategy, the heads of Executive Agencies and Departments must be more transparency and accountability in regulatory compliance. The U.S. government has been directed to reduce the burdens on small businesses whenever possible, including international trade. France and China‘s desire to diminish the prominence of the U.S. dollar has not been approved by the U.S. Congress or the Obama administration.
President Obama’s decision to sign the Executive Order comes on a day when China declared that the “day of the dollar is over;” but is it? Does China want to receive its future loan payments from the U.S. by way of some other currency other than the dollar?
There are questions concerning China's willingness to stop U.N. human rights violations. The United States of America can not trust in the currency of foreign nations to sustain its well-being, culture or trade.

WASHINGTON, DC– To a young American growing up in Washington, DC he was a great man who gave to his family, gave to his country and gave to the nations of the world. His dedication to service inspired young adults venture away from home to service in places where they did not understand the language. We went far away from the warmth of home and hearth, even if the work did not include the Peace Corps.
So, when word came that he was ill, our hearts grieved. When word came that he had been hospitalized, our hearts cried. And when word arrived that he had died our beliefs in the best of America grow. Our grief, our tears and our growth came by way of his struggles to serve the United States of America and by way of his ability to live life with the help of his family even during a prolonged illness. The dialogue of his life spoke volumes of wisdom, love and faith.
A life read of global mankind: volumes of wisdom and astounding words.
The question, now, is how do we collectively and individually work to advance the work of Sargent Shriver?
All of humanity is counting on us to do something to advance the greatness of human beings on earth. Our acts of love and faith will ultimately speak for themselves. His did!
The volumes of a life well lived will never die. Yet a great light has transitioned away from our realm of life.

U.S. President Barack Obama on the Passing of Sargent Shriver

I was deeply saddened to learn about the passing of Sargent Shriver, one of the brightest lights of the greatest generation. Over the course of his long and distinguished career, Sarge came to embody the idea of public service. Of his many enduring contributions, he will perhaps best be remembered as the founding director of the Peace Corps, helping make it possible for generations of Americans to serve as ambassadors of goodwill abroad. His loss will be felt in all of the communities around the world that have been touched by Peace Corps volunteers over the past half century and all of the lives that have been made better by his efforts to address inequality and injustice here at home. My thoughts and prayers are with Robert, Maria, Tim, Mark, and Anthony, and the entire Shriver family during this sad time.
